We provide our hospitality service at our venue or yours and can cater for 70 to 350+ guests.
We all know how important it is to include all your family and friends at your Wedding Reception and we offer an economical hospitality service that allows you to maximise the number of your guests.
Our basic reception venue service includes:
Our basic Wedding Reception venue service is the minimum we provide that is inclusive in the venue fee (See “Venues" page), however you can add any special additional items at a reasonable cost from the list below:

Please note items such as arranging music and a photographer etc. are the client's responsibility.
If you have any special needs or require a function for less than 70 guests, we are happy to discuss these requirements with you.

- Table and chair set up.
- Linen table cloths.
- Cutlery, salt & pepper and serviettes on guests’ tables.
- Your guests’ place cards.
- Your Bonbonnieres on guests’ tables.
- Chair covers on the Bridal Party chairs.
- Table for gifts.
- PA system for speeches and music.
- Dance floor area.
- Venue cleaning.

- Chair covers for guests’ chairs.
- Chair cover sashes.
- Additional table decorations.
- Wedding drapery – ceilings, walls.
- Venue decorations, special lighting etc.
- Flower decorations.
- Any other reasonable requests.
