All you have to do is to get the people there and we can do everything else.
The target number of guests to maximise your fundraising for our preferred venue is 150, however if you are really serious, we can provide our services at a venue that holds 400 people. A Friday night is a great night to hold these types of fundraisers because the night can have a reasonably early finish and people are fresh to face their weekend commitments.

We offer a service where we provide a venue (including set up and clean up) and suitable food and drinks (including alcohol). The food can be a substantial buffet style meal or simply nibbles. The drinks can be an all inclusive drinks package or guests can simply purchase their own from our bar.
